Luisa A. Passalacqua MA, MNCS
I trained as a counsellor at the Central School of Counselling and Therapy (London, UK) in 1995 and have been practicing part-time ever since.
My other qualifications include psychology (second degree), dramatherapy (postgraduate diploma) and coaching (alternative training route).
In these three decades I have learned a lot and never stopped questioning myself and my method.
Counselling and coaching are now my main occupation, although I have plenty of other interests to keep my lifestyle in balance, as too much listening to traumatic histories isn't healthy for anyone in the long run.
In whatever I do, my main focus is the way we can overcome challenges and develop our full potential.
I have published articles and books about personal growth and am now editing the second draft of my next self-help book about recovering from trauma and dealing with tricky family members (to be published in 2021).
